Marcus Thomas LLC, a Cleveland-based integrated marketing communications agency, has promoted Heidi Modarelli-Frank to senior vice president/director of public relations and Amber Zent to vice president/director of the firm’s social media practice.
Marcus Thomas Managing Partner Jim Nash said Modarelli-Frank was selected to lead the firm’s public relations and social media practice because “she demonstrated the vision and leadership required in today’s digital marketplace.”
Modarelli-Frank joined Marcus Thomas in 1992, and has spent the last 24 years creating effective and award-winning work for brands like Nestlé, U.S. Cotton/Swisspers, LIBBY’S Pumpkin and KeyBank.
Zent joined Marcus Thomas in 2009, and has developed and executed innovative social strategies for brands including Sherwin-Williams, Jim Beam Brands, Citi and Nestlé Waters.
Modarelli-Frank earned her accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America in 2001 and currently serves on the Word of Mouth Marketing Association’s Research and Membership Council. Heidi received bachelor’s degrees in English and Mass Communication from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Zent is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina and received her accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America in 2010.
